Hatley Road was an old dilapidated two bedroom bungalow purchased by our client as a development project. Engineering Architecture designed a modern conversion of the entire bungalow, providing an additional first floor bedroom and ensuite along with a large extension that gives a much needed living/dining and kitchen space with views and access onto the garden. The building of the whole project has been undertaken by our client who has truly embarked on their own 'Grand Design'.
